What you can contribute

• Independently ensure effective IT services and take overall responsibility for them
• Develop, plan, steer, implement, ensure and control IT service and operations management processes
• Negotiate, harmonise and update service level agreements (SLAs) and continuously monitor their proper application
• Advise and support internal stakeholders in the development of service contracts with suppliers and partners
• Manage and optimise the change management process (IT Change Management) and ensure the coordinated transfer of all IT changes into the production environment
• Provide deputy support for our office automation manager

What makes you unique

• Completed higher education (University of Applied Sciences, university) in computer science, business informatics or equivalent practical experience
• Proven knowledge in information and communication technologies and several years of experience in application integration
• Excellent analytical and design skills, methodical approach and ability to think in networks
• Ability to work independently, quality- and results-oriented
• Knowledge of the federal administration is an advantage
• Knowledge of office software (Windows, Office M365) is an advantage
