Planner and Production Support

Sushi Mania, the Swiss leader in fresh sushi and ready-to-eat Asian products, is looking for a planner passionate about this central role between production, purchasing, and other departments. You ensure reliable planning of our production and actively contribute to improving our processes.

What you accomplish

• ensure the planning of finished and semi-finished products in SAP, taking into account production capacities and material availability.
• establish production forecasts and integrate them into SAP to best anticipate needs
• coordinate the information necessary for planning with production, purchasing, and marketing, especially for launches, product discontinuations, and commercial actions
• As a SAP Key User, be the reference person for production teams, answer questions, and support staff training
• Close to the field, support teams in using SAP and communicate relevant information to production supervisors
• analyse production data and participate in updating KPIs used on the shop floors
• contribute to Lean and continuous improvement projects, notably in developing skills within production

What you bring

• Education: Completed initial or continuing training
• Professional experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in planning finished and semi-finished products in the food production sector
• a completed professional training, ideally in an industrial, logistics, supply chain or equivalent environment
• experience in planning, production or supply chain is a strong asset
• comfortable with IT tools and ideally good knowledge of SAP in a production environment
• very good oral and written knowledge of French
• Autonomy and structured, rigor, responsiveness, sense of priorities and analytical skills are among your strengths.
• Proactive, quick to learn new processes and enjoy contributing to their optimisation
• French (C1)
