Tasks

• Responsibility for competent, individual and holistic care and nursing of patients in the surgical, orthopaedic and medical fields
• Commitment to the further development of the nursing process
• Shaping an active and positive team culture as well as openness to interdisciplinary concerns
• Promotion and support of students and trainees according to their level of training as a daily reference person

Profile

• Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, DN II, AKP (with foreign diploma recognised by the SRK)
• Professional experience in the acute ward of a hospital (advantageous)
• High quality awareness
• Openness to change and enjoyment of a lively environment
• Team-oriented, empathetic and resilient personality
