For our clients,

We are looking for three real estate accountants.

Two positions are available at 50%, one position is available at 100%.

Your main tasks:

• Real estate accounting + analytical accounting
• Preparation of management statements for rental properties and condominium ownership
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Bank consolidation
• Preparation of extra-accounting statements
• Management and payment of supplier invoices
• Collection of rents, processing of reminders
• Management of concierge salaries
• Management of accounting takeovers for new mandates

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting within a property management company in Switzerland
• Knowledge of Quorum software is an asset
• Good command of Excel
• Autonomy, sense of priorities, rigour and precision
• Team spirit

Swiss residence desired.
