About the job
Do you enjoy being the first point of contact and creating an atmosphere from the very first moment in which internal and external guests feel welcome? With us, you can expect a versatile reception role with personal customer contact, modern telephony, and varied administrative tasks. You will work in a five-person, open-minded team at two locations that support each other, work flexibly together, and also maintain collegial exchange – your main workplace will be Zurich. If you want more, you can take on additional tasks beyond the reception area according to your interests. Sounds exciting? Then send us your documents and answer the questions in the application form; we do not require a cover letter.
What to expect
- As the first point of contact, you will attentively and courteously welcome our internal and external guests.
- You will operate our modern telephone system and reliably forward concerns to the right departments.
- To ensure smooth mobile communication, you will carefully manage the NatelGo subscriptions.
- You will keep track of the issuing and return of keys and ensure an orderly process.
- You will support the organisation around our conference rooms and ensure professional preparation.
- You will complete administrative tasks independently, proactively, and with a good sense of priorities.
- During holiday absences, you will flexibly represent colleagues in Zurich and Dietikon and take on a 100% workload during these periods.
What you bring
- Experience at reception or in a comparable role with direct customer contact gives you the necessary confidence in everyday work.
- You have a commercial education or bring relevant professional experience as a receptionist.
- Very good German skills enable you to present professionally on the phone and in personal contact; additional languages are welcome.
- You work very confidently with MS Office and quickly find your way around digital applications and a modern telephone system.
- You are flexible in terms of time and location: holiday cover at both locations and a temporary 100% workload are manageable for you.
- Your working style is independent, thoughtful, and consistently customer-oriented.
- For early shifts from 6:30 am in Dietikon, you ensure your commute by public transport; no parking spaces are available at either location.

Additional information
You or you? For us, the case is clear. Whether apprentices, electricians, specialists, or management, we all use the informal "du". This is part of our refreshingly straightforward company culture. Because we want you to experience this not only on your first day at work, we communicate this way already during the application process and job interviews. Does that sound appealing to you? Then we are a good match. We look forward to your application.
