This is what you can achieve:

• Support customer orders from our retail and internal customers in Customer Service (recording, monitoring, delivery, etc.)
• Ensure ongoing communication internally (commercial area, sales planning, transport, warehouse, material planning, goods disposition) and externally (customers)
• Solution-oriented exchange with sales to make decisions on customer concerns, such as complaints and ordering behaviour
• Maintenance and further development of close customer relationships at the operational level internally and externally
• Monitoring, analysing and further developing a consistent advertising material portfolio
• Coordination of assortment changes in the area of advertising material in close cooperation with the commercial area
• Ensuring consideration of all supply chain-relevant aspects in assortment design, planning and purchasing

Your backpack:

• Completed commercial training
• Good IT skills in common MS Office applications
• SAP knowledge
• Very good communication skills in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
• English spoken and written, French an advantage
