Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for an established real estate company as a Property Manager 100%. In this role, you will manage a diverse property portfolio and be responsible for the commercial and technical management of rental properties. You will ensure professional support for owners and tenants as well as sustainable development of the properties.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of a property portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties
Management of rental agreements from contract issuance to termination and re-letting
Organisation and execution of apartment inspections and handovers
Organisation and supervision of maintenance, repair, and renovation work
Coordination and control of caretakers, craftsmen, and external service providers
Preparation of reports, budget documents, and property accounts as well as regular reporting to the owners
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or real estate-specific training, ideally with a federal specialist certificate in property management
Several years of professional experience in independent management of rental properties
Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law as well as real estate and property management
Good user knowledge of common property management software and MS Office
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
