We act as ONE team, for the success of SSR. Together with other departments, Finance is responsible for strategic management and objective-oriented resource allocation; it creates transparency for sustainable decisions.
As part of the cross-functional strategy and organisational development process "Enavant SRG SSR", you have the opportunity to actively co-shape the future strategic controlling of projects and investments.
Strategic Project and Investment Controller
Your mission
As a project and investment controller, you ensure transparent, efficient, and strategy-compliant management of investments and projects (notably technological, real estate, and transformation projects) within SSR. You assist the Executive Committee in making informed investment decisions and prioritise cases in the public service interest.
- Financial management of the strategic portfolio of SSR projects and initiatives
- Ensuring financial alignment of projects and investments with the company strategy and integration into the medium-term planning process
- Responsibility for the overall financial vision and monitoring of major projects, such as the strategic development of real estate sites comprising several sub-projects
- Budget planning and forecasts associated with the preparation of relevant management reporting; preparation of Business Cases and robust profitability analyses
- Monitoring the financial implementation of strategic projects and initiatives, in close coordination with the project portfolio management of the Business Development department as well as with other departments (Real Estate, Operations)
- Development of investment guidelines and standards and ensuring their compliance

Your profile
- You are an experienced specialist with strong analytical and conceptual skills. Holding a university degree in finance and controlling or equivalent, you have several years of professional experience in strategic controlling, project and investment controlling, or financial management of complex projects and portfolios.
- Strategic approach and overall vision; ability to adapt complex content according to the target audience
- Solution-oriented working style, cooperative spirit, and ease in dialogue with Executive Committee members and stakeholders
- Expertise in project and investment controlling, financial governance, as well as in preparing Business Cases and profitability analyses
- Excellent data and BI skills (Excel, planning tools, data models, scenario logics)
- Very good command of German and French; knowledge of Italian is an asset
