Are you our new colleague ? We are looking for our new Finance & Accounting Manager
Finance & Accounting ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to enhance our visibility and expertise, particularly in the service sector, while supporting the growth of an experienced team of recruitment consultants.
The goal is to promote and expand our human resources services to generate revenue, become a partner for our talents, add real value to our clients, foster sustainable growth, and establish long-term relationships.
Wondering what exactly that means? We'll explain it to you in more detail:
- You'll have the unique opportunity to build, launch, and lead a new team of 9 recruiters and consultants based in Geneva and/or Zurich, guiding them in sales and recruitments activities to achieve outstanding results.
- Lead and develop talent: mentor, and guide your team. Help them grow and excel in their roles, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide sector expertise: leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Finance & Accounting market to coach your team on industry trends, candidate careers, and recruitment best practices.
- Drive strategic growth: set a clear vision for the team and lead them in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve continuous growth.
- Nurture client relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring our services consistently exceed their expectations.
- Innovate and collaborate: partner with internal stakeholders to align strategies, and actively seek out new and innovative methods to attract top talent in your field.
- Stay abreast of market trends, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and maintain our competitive edge.

What do you need to be successful in this job?

Experience: a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Finance and Accounting recruitment, with a proven track record of developing talent and leading high-performing teams.

Strategic acumen: you're a strategic advisor with strong analytical skills who can leverage market insights to drive both your team's and your clients' success.

Strong leadership: you are a natural leader with a talent for inspiring and developing others, with excellent communication skills, ensuring every interaction is impactful and effective.

Sales and networking: a knack for opening doors, closing deals, and building long-lasting relationships.

Language: native-level French or/and German and excellent English (spoken and written) are required.

Education: a Bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus, and professional certifications (e.g., HR, Sales) are considered a strong asset.
