HR Assistant/HR Administrator with Development Potential 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently manage the HR lifecycle from entry to exit

• You are the contact person for managers and employees regarding questions about employment contracts, labour law, social insurance, permits and general HR topics

• You actively participate in recruiting processes - from job postings to onboarding new talents

• You actively contribute to HR projects as well as the further development and digitalisation of HR processes

• You take care of maintaining and managing personnel files and create statistics and evaluations

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with further education in HR or on the way to it

• You bring experience in the HR field and are really eager to get started in this exciting area

• You are familiar with Swiss labour law as well as permits and social insurance

• You work in a structured, conscientious manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations

• You are confident with MS Office and are not afraid of new digital tools - knowledge of Abacus would be an additional plus

• You are communicative, empathetic and enjoy working with people

• You think ahead, take initiative and want to continuously develop yourself
