Role:
Secure networks are created through diligent daily work, not one-off projects. That is exactly how you proceed. You build security and network infrastructures for customers and operate them reliably. You analyse disruptions at 1st/2nd level and resolve them systematically. You implement changes and upgrades in a controlled manner via change management. In doing so, you actively drive automation and service improvements.
Responsibilities:
You build, operate, and further develop security and network infrastructures for customers
You analyse and resolve disruptions in 1st/2nd level support
You participate in the on-call organisation
You carry out adjustments, upgrades, and lifecycle activities via change management
You continuously optimise and automate customer services
Additionally, you maintain operationally relevant documentation and ensure communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or a comparable qualification and have at least 3 years of experience in security and network technology
You have practical experience in project and change management as well as firewall administration
You are familiar with the operation and monitoring of LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures as well as common monitoring tools
You possess ITIL knowledge in incident and change management
You are passionate about cybersecurity and want to specialise in this field
You work solution-oriented and analytically, are communicative, and have business fluent German as well as very good English skills
