Senior System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You design, operate, and holistically develop our hybrid IT infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud.
- In this role, you develop sustainable IT solutions together with the team and internal stakeholders and implement them successfully.
- You take responsibility for IT projects from analysis through evaluation to implementation and rollout.
- As an experienced IT system administration professional, you ensure a stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the system landscape and drive its continuous development forward.
- You handle complex 2nd- and 3rd-level requests and provide sustainable solutions with your expertise.
Qualifications:
- You have a solid education or further training in computer science (EFZ, HF/TS, FH or equivalent) as well as several years of experience in system engineering, ideally in a production environment.
- You are proficient in current technologies such as Microsoft Server/Desktop, virtualisation, cloud/Azure, M365, network, and security.
- You enjoy automation and scripting and use modern AI technologies purposefully to optimise processes.
- You are interested in architecture topics and like to think beyond classic system operation.
- You are characterised by a structured, priority-oriented, and independent way of working.
- You feel comfortable in an interdisciplinary, international environment and communicate fluently in German as well as confidently in English.
