Clerk Electrical Specialist Area 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires support with:

Handling partial areas within larger projects
Independent management of standard planning assignments
Drafting of principle diagrams, installation plans as well as distribution and control diagrams
Creation of coordination plans within the overall HVACSE and NPK concept
Tender documents for all specialist areas
Obtaining offers and preparing cost overviews
Participation in specialist site management
Schedule monitoring and management of pending lists
Order-related accounting
Supervision of draftsmen and apprentices
Preparation of operating and acceptance documents
Order archiving and management of plans and diagrams

What do I need to be successful?

Completed vocational training in the electrical specialist area (electrical planner or electrical installer)
Several years of experience as a clerk in planning companies
Good user knowledge of Word, Excel, CAD and industry software
Further training in recognised specialist courses is an advantage
Proficiency in German language, spoken and written
Good comprehension skills
Ideally experience with lighting calculation, MS Project and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of e-mail and internet
Teamwork skills and collegial behaviour
Willingness for additional duties
