Role:
Our partner is an established Swiss company in the field of transport infrastructure and track construction. To strengthen the experienced finance and administration team, we are looking for an accurate, service-oriented personality to start immediately or by arrangement. In this varied hub function, you will set the course in day-to-day business together with the team, manage accounts payable and receivable, support year-end closings and actively participate in financial projects and process optimisations.

Responsibilities:
In your central role in the finance team, you take on the independent processing of accounts payable.
You create and manage the accounts receivable for partner companies.
You are responsible for the careful maintenance of master data in the ERP system.
You take on deputy duties in finance and secretarial areas.
You provide valuable assistance with year-end closing tasks and support the finance management in day-to-day business.
You actively participate in financial projects and the optimisation of internal processes.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial basic training.
Proven professional experience in accounting/finance for rapid familiarisation.
Solid user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
Reliable, team-oriented personality with precise, structured and efficient working style.
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; additional languages (French/Italian) are an advantage.
