As part of its development, our client is strengthening its technical teams around the critical stages of dial manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced specialist capable of mastering and optimising the production flows linking electroplating, CNC machining, and varnishing, in order to guarantee the quality, reliability, and performance of the manufacturing processes.
Mandated by one of our clients, we are seeking a:
Dial Manufacturing Specialist - Expatriation to Thailand
- Proven experience in watch dial manufacturing, with a very good understanding of production and finishing stages
- Strong knowledge of the interactions between electroplating, CNC machining, varnishing, and other critical dial-related processes
- Practical experience in analysing production sequences, solving technical problems, and securing industrial processes
- Ability to understand correlations between processes, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective actions
- Hands-on approach, rigour, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to work with multicultural teams
- Ability to transfer know-how and support teams in skills development
- Professional English appreciated
- Provide your expertise on the dial production sequence, particularly its interactions with upstream and downstream processes
- Ensure proper technical coordination between electroplating, CNC machining, and varnishing, critical stages of dial manufacturing
- Analyse correlation issues between different processes and propose concrete production solutions
- Participate in defining, validating, and optimising industrial sequences to secure the manufacturing flow
- Contribute to stabilising production standards, reducing deviations, and continuously improving quality and delivery performance
- Advise and support field teams in understanding process interactions and applying best practices
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Methods, Industrialisation, CNC, Electroplating, and Varnishing departments
