Aluminium Welder Locksmith

Your mission:

• Manufacture of locksmith work and window frames.
• Weld aluminium, stainless steel and steel using TIG.
• Read cutting lists with cutting.
• Read and analyse workshop and assembly plans.
• Cut, shape and assemble components.
• Perform polishing and pickling.
• Grind and carry out tribofinishing.
• Respect and check the conformity of the completed works.

Your profile:

• Training as a Metal Constructor or several years of experience.
• Mastery of plan reading and welding symbols.
• Very good skills in locksmith manufacturing.
• Experience in TIG welding and on ALUMINIUM.
• Rigor and geometric precision.
• Team spirit and organisational skills.

Folder

• Analyse technical files, dimensions and manufacturing diagrams.
• Install tools (punches and dies) and programme the numerical control of the folder.
• Feed the machine with raw material.
• Bend steel, aluminium or stainless steel according to the required angles and radii.
• Measure finished parts to check the conformity of dimensions and angles.
• Comply with current quality and safety standards.

Your profile:

• Training as a Metal Constructor or minimum 2 to 3 years experience on a folder.
• Mastery of plan reading with bending degrees, bend radii and rounds.
• Rigor and geometric precision.
• Experience with Bystronic folder, a plus.
• Team spirit, rigor and organisational skills.
