Technical Service Clerk (a)

Your Tasks

• Processing of service, commissioning and maintenance orders
• Advising customers on technical questions
• Support in scheduling and work preparation for service technicians
• Preparation of quotations for maintenance work including refrigeration systems
• Handling customer complaints
• Collaboration with various interfaces within the company

Your Profile

• Basic technical training
• Professional experience in HVAC and/or electrical engineering
• Application knowledge of MS Office; Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
• Quick comprehension as well as structured and independent working style
• Motivated personality with high commitment, flexibility and teamwork skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
