The Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform division is responsible for portfolio management as well as the implementation and operation of the sales applications of Zürcher Kantonalbank. You support the interaction between sales staff and customers through digital channels and applications. In doing so, you simplify the daily work of our sales staff in customer care, sales, and customer service, always keeping users and customers in focus. In the DevOps team "Shenlong," you accompany the further development of a purchased CRM software as a SaaS solution. Your tasks
- Identifying weaknesses and improvement potentials in existing processes
- Developing efficient and sustainable solutions and implementing them in practice
- Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications and developing features and stories together with the Product Owner and Agile team
- Creating detailed feature concepts and specifications as well as necessary documentation involving relevant stakeholders
- Accompanying features and stories during implementation and ensuring their intended execution
- Independently making adjustments in the configuration while adhering to specified quality standards
- Testing releases from a business perspective within the Agile team’s responsibility and taking on 3rd-level support tasks and handling incidents in the DevOps team
- Supporting change processes, promoting acceptance, and assisting with training
Your profile
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Engineer, ideally in the CRM environment
- Strong technical understanding as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills with a high affinity for IT
- Experience in agile projects, ideally with certification in Business Engineering (e.g. IREB)
- Knowledge of BSI CRM and in the field of artificial intelligence is a plus but not a requirement
- Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and achieving goals together
- Independent working style as well as the ability to take on and drive tasks proactively and reliably
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are a plus
