Role:
You take on demanding troubleshooting and service assignments on automated systems and find the right solution even for complex technical challenges. You work directly at the customer’s site, implement expansions and optimisations, and ensure sustainable customer retention with your professional manner.
Responsibilities:
You independently carry out troubleshooting and service assignments on automated systems.
You analyse technical faults and develop creative and sustainable solutions – independently or together with the team.
You implement extensions, optimisations, and renewals of existing systems.
You work on robotic systems and support their programming, adaptation, and optimisation.
You analyse and handle tasks in the area of PLC controls and support the optimisation of automation processes.
You communicate directly with customers, explain technical matters clearly, and ensure professional on-site support.
Your appearance, solution orientation, and high service understanding contribute to a long-term customer relationship.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical basic training as an Automation Technician EFZ or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have practical experience in robot programming, preferably with KUKA, FANUC and/or Stäubli.
You have experience with PLC systems, especially Siemens and/or CODESYS.
You possess strong communication skills and can convey technical contexts clearly.
You hold a valid category B driving licence and enjoy visiting customers on site.
