- You design and implement network, firewall, and security solutions.
- You work extensively with switching, routing, VPN, VLANs, and classic IP protocols.
- You operate and further develop server, storage, and virtualisation environments.
- You implement cloud and hybrid scenarios with Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware.
- You support VoIP and communication solutions and understand the interrelations between telephony, network, firewall, and site networking.
- You analyse complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support and develop sustainable solutions.
- You provide technically sound advice to customers, document thoroughly, and contribute to the further development of services, standards, and architectures.
- Further training in the ICT field, such as a federal specialist certificate or higher professional education, is an advantage.
- You have several years of experience as a system engineer, preferably with an ICT service provider.
- You have very good knowledge of IP networks, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPN.
- You are familiar with firewall, security, server, storage, and virtualisation environments.
- You have experience with Microsoft cloud services, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Knowledge of VoIP and communication solutions is an advantage.
- You think analytically, work independently and in a structured manner, and communicate confidently with customers and internal specialists.
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2).
- Possession of a category B driving licence.
- Varied customer environments with modern ICT infrastructures.

Responsibilities
- You plan and implement ICT infrastructure projects in the SME environment, from analysis to commissioning.- You design and implement network, firewall, and security solutions.
- You work extensively with switching, routing, VPN, VLANs, and classic IP protocols.
- You operate and further develop server, storage, and virtualisation environments.
- You implement cloud and hybrid scenarios with Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware.
- You support VoIP and communication solutions and understand the interrelations between telephony, network, firewall, and site networking.

- You have completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ, ideally specialising in system technology, platforms, or infrastructure.- Further training in the ICT field, such as a federal specialist certificate or higher professional education, is an advantage.
