Your Field of Activity
- You are responsible for the entire nursing process by professionally applying and continuously adapting the nursing models and nursing diagnoses used at LUKS to ensure the highest possible quality care for patients
- Active participation in shaping and further developing nursing quality as well as ensuring the high effectiveness of nursing processes are also central tasks where your expertise and commitment are required
- In your role, you coordinate nursing processes in close collaboration with an interprofessional team, ensure effective communication and thus promote holistic, patient-centred care
- You take on a key role in guiding, supporting and assessing students and trainees, thereby making an important contribution to the training of future nursing professionals
Your Experience
- You have successfully completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and bring sound specialist knowledge as well as practical experience in nursing
- As an empathetic and adaptable person, you convince through your strong team skills and the ability to act flexibly and solution-oriented in a dynamic work environment
- You demonstrate high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives, respond sensitively to their needs and thus contribute to a trusting and respectful relationship
