Purchaser: Operational Procurement

The Institute for Hospital Pharmacy ensures the pharmaceutical supply for the entire Insel Group 365 days a year, around the clock. Medicines are procured both domestically and internationally and produced in the in-house production department. We are also the contact point for all specialist questions regarding medicines.

What to expect

Operational Procurement

• Working days: Monday, Tuesday and Friday
• Operational purchasing of medicines and other remedies
• Monitoring and clarification of delivery dates
• Handling of delivery interruptions including master data adjustments
• Entry of new items, purchasing info records, conditions and order book in SAP
• Checking and processing of blocked as well as outstanding invoices
• Returns to suppliers and recording of credit notes
• Close cooperation with the entire logistics team and pharmacists

• Checking and posting of internal ward returns

Your profile

• A completed commercial or pharmaceutical training
• Experience in operational medicine procurement
• Experience in master data maintenance
• Precise and quality-conscious working style
• Flair for process-related contexts
• Organisational talent
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good SAP MM and MS Office knowledge
