We wish to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager – permanent position 100% – French & German

Mission:

• Leading the Quality Assurance team for the department, managing a team of 4 employees
• Active participation in the broad quality monitoring
• Organisation and implementation of certification audits and conducting internal audits
• HACCP responsibility regarding processes and products
• Development and implementation of sampling and control plans for products and hygiene
• Approval of new product development and recipe changes
• Development and implementation of internal training in quality, hygiene and food law
• Leading quality improvement projects

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or higher education in the agri-food sector required
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position in the agri-food industry required
• Experience in operational team management and on-site management of quality assurance and quality control activities
• Mastery of HACCP
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team and very good organisational skills
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, proficiency in SAP is a significant advantage)
• Initiative and independence in managing files
• Recognised managerial qualities, enabling the enforcement and respect of high quality standards
• Interpersonal skills and openness to dialogue
