Your field of activity

Group Controlling

• You participate in the monthly group reporting, comment on results and support budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning at group level.
• You analyse the financial performance of the companies, derive recommendations for action and further develop reporting, KPI and controlling instruments.
• You support the consolidation, standardisation, optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes within the Business Area.

Shared Service Controlling

• You are the financial business partner for shared service areas such as HR, IT, Finance and Purchasing.
• You are responsible for planning, budgeting and forecasting of the shared service cost centres and analyse cost developments.
• You identify efficiency potentials, support optimisation measures and further develop charging models as well as service level indicators.
• You advise managers on economic issues and investment decisions.

Your expertise

• You have a business degree at university, university of applied sciences or college level, a professional certificate in finance and accounting or a comparable further education in accounting and controlling.
• You bring at least two years of professional experience in group controlling, shared service controlling or a comparable controlling function.
• You think analytically and in a networked way, quickly recognise connections and derive practical solutions from them.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and convince with an independent and responsible way of working.
• You have very good Excel skills and quickly find your way around complex data structures.
• You communicate fluently in German; further language skills are an advantage.
