Do you want to actively shape the future of Green?
In this varied role, you are jointly responsible for the facility management of our data centres and office buildings, primarily at our Lupfig location. In a motivated team, you will perform other important tasks and enjoy building new things.
Your area of responsibility
Project management & renovations: Independently planning, coordinating and implementing smaller renovation and facility management projects.
Commissioning & defect management: Supporting the commissioning of new buildings, conducting building inspections and consistent defect management.
Interface function: Coordination of external contractors, specialist planners and service providers (including obtaining quotes and quality control).
Operational start-up: Participating in the establishment and optimisation of operational processes after completion (operational organisation).
Documentation management: Careful management and filing of revision documents, plans, operating instructions and warranty documents.
Maintenance & support: Carrying out recurring maintenance measures (e.g. lifts, doors, lighting) as well as organising maintenance and second-level support for repairs.
Day-to-day business: Representing customer interests in direct contact and taking on routine tasks in daily business.
Your skills
Solid foundation & experience: Training in facility management or a comparable technical, craft or construction-related qualification.
Project & construction know-how: Experience in managing smaller renovation projects as well as supporting commissioning (experience as a technical property manager, commissioning manager or project manager in building construction/general planning is a great advantage).
Professional competence: Proven experience in defect management, building inspections and coordination of craftsmen and specialist planners.
Working method & mindset: Structured, precise and methodical working style with a strong enthusiasm for precise documentation management. Ideally, you understand the highly available operation of a data centre or are willing to deeply familiarise yourself with these processes.
Communication: Strong communication skills with various stakeholders (from craftsmen to internal customers). Very good German and good English skills are required.
Formalities: Driving licence category B as well as a clean criminal and debt register record.
You can expect a well-coordinated team that will especially support you during the induction period. You will feel comfortable with us if you enjoy working independently and are willing to take responsibility. Your workplace will primarily be in Lupfig with the willingness to occasionally work in Schlieren. It would be advantageous for our position if you understand the risk-minimised and highly available operation of a data centre. Furthermore, it is important to you to optimise processes as well as promote sustainability and efficiency.
