What is my role?

You take on the construction management during the planning phase and coordinate all trades involved in the construction

• You are responsible for schedule, cost and quality control during the planning phase

• You conduct regular construction meetings and document all important decisions

• You review and coordinate the execution planning with architects, specialist planners and executing companies

• You ensure that all building regulations and standards are complied with

• You are the contact person for clients, planners and authorities

• You prepare specifications and participate in the awarding of construction services

What do I need to be successful?

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification as a construction technician

• You bring several years of professional experience in construction management or project control

• You have sound knowledge of the VOB, HOAI and relevant building regulations

• You have experience with AVA software and MS Office

• You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are strong in communication and enjoy working in a team

• You hold a category B driving licence
