Responsibilities:
- You receive disruptions and technical problems, analyse them, and ensure their sustainable resolution.
- In this role, you support and assist users with all IT-related questions.
- As an IT support and helpdesk specialist, you install and maintain clients including hardware and software components.
- You manage and maintain user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
- In this role, you evaluate and procure suitable IT systems and products and accompany their introduction.
- You maintain the IT inventory and ensure up-to-date and complete documentation.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) as an IT specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the IT field, ideally in IT support
- Sound knowledge of current information technologies and the Windows environment
- Experience in planning and evaluating hardware and software in client-server environments
- Service-oriented, networked-thinking personality with good manners as well as communication and negotiation skills
- Good German skills (at least level B1) and basic knowledge of French (level A1)
