For our location in Bern with 140 employees, we are looking for a qualified dipl. computer scientist / IT technician HF/TS as system administrator. Area of responsibility

After a thorough introduction to our service business and infrastructure, you will ensure support for the IT infrastructure (desktop/office, server, ProxMox, CAx systems, development environment laboratories, communication) at the Bern site in cooperation with our central IT in Zurich and our employees on site. The focus of your varied activities includes:

• Support for users (software developers, engineers, management team)
• Installation of standard applications via SCCM and management of installations and licences for specialised applications
• Independent and flexible handling of problems and faults
• Budgeting, evaluation, procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software for use in the office, laboratory, and meeting rooms
• Ensuring the operation of the productive IT infrastructure (ProxMox, clients, servers, telephone system), including maintenance work outside regular hours
• Local IT support level 1 and 2 including backup, restore, and archiving
• Collaboration and communication with central IT in Zurich (level 3) and other Helbling Technik business centres
• Optional participation in projects (e.g. testing or documentation for product developments)

The services are certified according to IT-SLA and ISO 27001 2022

Requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ and have since trained as a dipl. IT technician HF/TS as system administrator specialising in "IT infrastructure" or are currently in training.
• You bring in-depth IT knowledge in Windows 11, Office 365, and Linux as well as possibly CAx software or development tools (Visual Studio, Jira, Confluence, GIT etc.).
