Your area of responsibility
- You will take over the professional and organisational management of our recognised sleep centre and actively shape its further development. In doing so, you diagnose and treat the entire spectrum of sleep medicine disorders in the outpatient clinic as well as in the sleep laboratory and contribute to continuously expanding our services and capacities
- You are responsible for the execution, supervision and reporting of all sleep medicine examinations. With your ideas, you help shape innovative care concepts and further develop new sleep medicine services for our patients
- You care for patients with invasive and non-invasive ventilation, lead our interprofessional sleep laboratory team and continuously develop it. In addition, you are involved in the training, further education and continuing education of our pneumology team
- You work closely with various specialist disciplines as well as our partner hospitals - especially the Swiss Paraplegic Centre Nottwil. With a pneumological background, participation in the entire pneumological spectrum is also possible, as well as involvement in the on-call service is desired.
Your experience
- You have a specialist title in pneumology or neurology with proven experience in sleep medicine. You must have the sleep medicine certificate (SGSSC)
- You bring leadership skills or the motivation to take responsibility for an interprofessional team. In addition, you enjoy actively further developing structures and processes and shaping innovations in sleep medicine
- You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and are happy to engage in the training, further education and continuing education of doctors as well as other professional groups. Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are required; English skills and other language skills are an advantage
- You convince with your high social competence, act independently and keep an overview even in demanding situations. With your organisational skills and sense of responsibility, you actively shape the working day
