Senior Industrial Accountant - Geneva

We are supporting a Geneva-based industrial SME in recruiting a Senior Accountant at 100% on a permanent contract.

Within a small Finance team, you are responsible for the company’s general accounting and work closely with the Finance Management.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage general accounting and account reconciliations.
- Handle monthly and annual closings.
- Monitor suppliers, cash flow, fixed assets, and VAT.
- Participate in audits and ensure the reliability of accounts.
- Contribute to improving accounting processes.
- Support the assistant accountant on a daily basis.

Your profile:
- Proven experience in general accounting in Switzerland, ideally in an industrial environment.
- SAP mandatory.
- Excellent command of closings and accounting reconciliations.
- Training in accounting/finance; Federal diploma is an advantage.
- Rigorous, conscientious, and autonomous profile, able to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a strong enough personality to thrive in a demanding environment.
