IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for IT enquiries and issues and ensure quick initial solutions
You independently handle standard cases and document them thoroughly
You conduct initial fault analyses and escalate complex cases to the 2nd and 3rd level support
You assist with rollouts, client configurations and recurring operational tasks
Qualifications:
You have completed an ICT training or hold an equivalent qualification
Ideally, you have some experience in IT support
You possess solid knowledge of Windows 11, standard hardware and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of user and rights management, networks and endpoint management is an advantage
You communicate clearly in German and hold a category B driving licence
