The digital world is becoming more complex: new technologies, cloud platforms, and AI are changing everyday work – while simultaneously creating new security requirements. As a Senior IT Security Consultant, you ensure that risks are identified early and sustainable security solutions are implemented.
You analyse IT environments, develop security concepts, and support clients in implementing modern security strategies. You combine technical expertise with consulting skills to create solutions that work in practice.
Responsibilities:
Conducting security assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability evaluations
Developing security architectures, concepts, and roadmaps
Advising on Microsoft Security, Cloud Security, IAM, Zero Trust, and Governance
Conducting workshops and conveying security best practices
Supporting security projects from analysis to implementation
Assisting with solution designs, presales, and quality assurance
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as an IT Security Consultant, Security Engineer, or Security Architect
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Security (Defender, Entra ID, Purview, M365), Azure Security, IAM, Endpoint Security, or Network Security
Experience with security frameworks, governance, and compliance requirements
Analytical and structured working style as well as enjoyment in client consulting
Very good German and good English skills
