Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a hospitality specialist or equivalent training
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of the French language
• Proficiency in IT tools (Fidelio and Mirus an advantage)
• Organisation and rigour in managing priorities
• Attention to detail and pursuit of excellence in service
• Supportive leadership with the ability to motivate teams

Your tasks:

• Carry out service openings and closings
• Organise, coordinate and supervise the work of cleaning staff
• Train, support and motivate teams to ensure impeccable quality
• Daily control of cleanliness and presentation of rooms, common areas and specific spaces
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Supervise and anticipate stock needs for cleaning products, linen and welcome products
• Collaborate with the hotel reception to meet customer expectations, especially VIPs
• Report anomalies or malfunctions to the relevant departments (technical, etc.)
• Perform certain tasks of the housekeeper and take charge of the position in their absence
• Manage lost property processing
• Replacement of the general housekeeper during their leave and holidays
