Customer Advisor Customer Service (fixed-term 12 months)
Work location: Zurich region or nationwide in Switzerland via home office (remote work), part-time from 80% possible
Due to training, 100% is mandatory in the first two months.
You love to delight customers with excellent service and handle their concerns professionally, solution-oriented and with passion? Then you are exactly right at Swisscard!
YOUR TASKS
- You are the first point of contact for our customers together with your team.
- You answer telephone customer enquiries professionally and with pleasure regarding invoices, payments, fees and mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.
- You actively recognise customer needs and present suitable additional services with added value (up- and cross-selling).
- Your work shifts are flexibly planned between Monday and Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00, whereby you can work from home.
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring experience in customer service / contact centre and feel comfortable in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
- You communicate confidently and professionally in German and French and understand Swiss German very well. Italian or English are a plus.
- You empathise with our customers, recognise their needs and find suitable solutions even in demanding situations.
- You keep an overview even with several simultaneous enquiries and work confidently in a technically demanding environment. For operating our systems, you need at least basic English skills.
- You appreciate flexible working hours and are willing to work shifts between 07:00 and 23:00.
