Your main tasks:

• advise and serve our internal and external customers (by phone, email and chat), responding to their commercial, administrative and support requests,
• identify and seize commercial opportunities (current management, insurance, mortgage, investments) and, where appropriate, arrange appointments with branch advisors,
• promote and assist our clients in using our remote banking services (E-banking and mobile applications),
• actively participate in outbound call campaigns based on targeted commercial opportunities,
• contribute to service quality by ensuring proper handling of requests and complaints, as well as reliable updating of our CRM tools.

Your profile:

• holder of a commercial CFC or equivalent,
• at least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service department,
• very good command of IT tools,
• dynamic, excellent sense of service and team spirit,
• perfect command of French, very good skills in English or German (spoken and written), another language is an asset.
