What is my role?

• Independent management of small and medium-sized projects in residential, industrial and commercial sectors

• Leading a well-coordinated team and actively contributing to fostering a positive team culture

• Responsibility for the training and development of assigned apprentices

• Professional handling of project-related administrative tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ

• Solid and up-to-date expertise in electrical engineering

• Strong customer and service orientation

• High flexibility and excellent teamwork skills

• Structured working method and very good organisational skills

• Strong communication skills

• Initial experience in project management is an advantage
