You are a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, have experience in the acute care sector and are looking for a new temporary challenge from November? For an institution in the acute care sector, we are looking for a committed nursing specialist who competently applies their expertise and feels comfortable in a dynamic hospital environment.
Your Tasks
- Comprehensive and professional care and support of patients in the acute care sector
- Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process
- Recognising changes in health status and initiating appropriate measures
- Carrying out diagnostic and therapeutic measures within your competencies
- Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation
- Coordination and support of admissions and discharges
- Close collaboration with doctors and other professional groups
- Co-responsibility for high nursing quality and patient safety
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent SRK recognition
- Work experience in the acute care sector is mandatory
- Sound nursing expertise and confident action in demanding situations
- Willingness to work shifts and at weekends
- Independent, resilient and responsible personality
- Strong team and communication skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
