YOUR PLAYING FIELD
As a Player Protection Officer at StarVegas, you are the guardian of our players. You remind them to play responsibly and protect them from the potential dangers of gambling. Your mission is exciting and varied:
- You request the necessary documents and paperwork from our guests to conduct investigations within the framework of early detection.
- You monitor initiated investigations and pending matters and ensure that everything is followed up on time.
- You communicate with our players via email and telephone, inform them about their gaming behaviour, and offer them advisory support.
- You implement measures according to legal requirements and internal processes in player protection.
- At every step of your work, you document the results and your considerations diligently and completely.
- You take care of data maintenance and perform administrative tasks.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
You are exactly right in our player protection team if you bring the following qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and/or communication. Or you are a true empathy genius.
- A completed commercial basic education and confident handling of MS Office 365 as well as an affinity for new applications and IT systems.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; French, Italian? A plus!
- A master in understanding complex contexts and service-oriented thinking.
- Discreet personality with very good manners.
- A clean debt enforcement and criminal record.
