A 100% Co-ownership Assistant
Your missions:
- Ensure the complete administrative management of a portfolio of co-ownerships and follow up on owners’ requests;
- Organise and prepare General Meetings, draft minutes and ensure follow-up of decisions made;
- Guarantee proper file management, data updating and compliance with deadlines;
- Coordinate the arrival of new mandates with the various concerned departments;
- Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of co-ownerships: accounts, renovation funds, contracts, invoices, disputes and re-invoicing;
- Manage and follow up claims, insurances, routine works and concierge services, in collaboration with the co-ownership administrators;
- Collaborate with the various internal departments and Management on specific files, notably legal ones;
- Ensure the quality of services, communications and documents sent to co-owners.
Your skills:
- Proven experience in managing condominiums/co-ownerships in Switzerland.
- Good mastery of administrative and organisational processes related to co-ownership.
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigour and autonomy.
- Good team spirit and sense of priorities.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and ideally the Quorum software;
- Good writing skills and excellent sense of service.
