- Participating in demanding and diverse projects
- Coordinating requests with the responsible support levels as well as business partners
- Continuously maintaining the current knowledge base on existing and future planned services as a basis for competent, friendly, and efficient customer advice
- Support and administration of the infrastructure
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support desired
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, servers/clients, and virtualisation
- Very good knowledge of VMware
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented person who can handle hectic situations
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills desired

- Assisting in ensuring the Windows infrastructure- Participating in demanding and diverse projects

Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable professional experience- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support desired
