Customer and partner support for the installation of complex ECM systems and additional modules
Further development and optimisation of the cloud infrastructure
Provision and administration of sales and development environments
Installation and operation of on-premise specialist applications as well as cloud applications
Administration and troubleshooting in the areas of databases, servers, network, virtualisation and containers
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ) or degree in computer science (HF, FH, university) as well as 5+ years of professional experience
Experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Windows Server, Linux, Proxy, DMZ, VMware and Hyper-V
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud applications and on-premise specialist applications
Ability to read code and understand its functionality, combined with very good German and good English skills
Customer-oriented, communicative, solution-focused and independent working style as well as commitment and dedication
