YOUR TASKS
- Overall responsibility for the medical care and treatment of patients in internal medicine
- Professional leadership and supervision of assistant physicians and senior physicians
- Active participation in shaping and further developing the service and organisational processes
- Ensuring a high-quality, interdisciplinary patient care
- Close cooperation with other departments and internal partners
- Involvement in training and continuing education as well as promotion of medical staff
YOUR PROFILE
- Federal medical diploma or diploma recognised by MEBEKO
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a hospital environment
- Strong organisational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented personality with leadership skills and very good communication abilities
- Very good German or French skills and good knowledge of the other language are an advantage
