YOUR TASKS
- Overall responsibility for the medical care and treatment of patients in internal medicine
- Professional leadership and supervision of assistant and senior physicians
- Active involvement in shaping and further developing the service and organisational processes
- Ensuring a high-quality, interdisciplinary patient care
- Close collaboration with other specialist departments and internal partners
- Participation in training and continuing education as well as promotion of medical staff
YOUR PROFILE
- Swiss medical diploma or diploma recognised by MEBEKO
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in a hospital environment
- Strong organisational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented personality with leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
- Very good knowledge of German or French and good knowledge of the other language is an advantage
