Property Management Employee
Your tasks:
- Assisting in the management and administration of a well-maintained and diverse property portfolio consisting of owned residential and commercial properties and mandates
- Ensuring market-appropriate letting and preservation of the properties' value
- Creating letting concepts, usage analyses, reports, and property assessments
- Contact person for tenants, owners, craftsmen, authorities, offices, and caretakers
- Process optimisation
- Professional leadership of the team
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training, further education in the real estate sector
- Several years of professional experience in property management, leadership experience an advantage
- Socially competent, entrepreneurial thinking, and responsible personality
- Structured, systematic, and methodical working style
- Fluent in German, strong communication skills, and a convincing manner
- Solid knowledge of tenancy law
- AbaImmo knowledge an advantage
