Role:

For an established real estate company in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for a committed individual to manage a diverse mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you take responsibility, work independently, and are the central contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, and authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a varied mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties

• Handling tenancy agreements from contract creation to termination

• Organisation and coordination of maintenance, repair, and upkeep work

• Conducting property viewings, apartment inspections, and handovers

• Preparation of rental contracts, amendments, correspondence, and other management-relevant documents

• Coordination with caretakers, craft businesses, authorities, and external service providers

• Support of minor renovation and maintenance projects

• Monitoring deadlines, budgets, outstanding tasks, and ongoing processes

• Maintaining contact with owners, tenants, and business partners

• Ensuring professional, service-oriented, and efficient property management

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, ideally with residential and commercial properties

• Education or further training in the real estate sector, for example as a property manager with a federal diploma, is an advantage

• Independent, structured, and reliable working style

• Service-oriented thinking and enjoyment in contact with various stakeholders

• Confident, friendly, and professional demeanour

• Good communication skills and fluent German

• Resilience and overview even in hectic situations

• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with real estate software

• Team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility and initiative
