YOUR TASKS

• You take overall responsibility for procurement and logistics at Clinic Aarau – from purchasing through storage to distribution and disposal including OR logistics, consignment and loan material
• You ensure that all materials are always available, procured economically and provided efficiently
• You optimise the entire logistics chain and material flows, especially in connection with the upcoming commissioning of House C as well as other changes on the clinic site, and develop processes purposefully and continuously
• You actively drive the standardisation and digitalisation of our processes
• You are responsible for budget, operating costs and inventory and manage costs together with clinic management
• Active involvement in the further development of the clinic site, especially in your area with the new Schachenallee building as well as other construction projects and ensuring smooth commissioning
• You lead your team professionally and personally and actively develop it further

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Federal Diploma Purchaser / Purchasing Manager or comparable qualification in logistics
• You have further training in leadership
• Several years of experience in a management position in logistics or procurement / supply chain management (ideally in healthcare)
• Extensive experience in process optimisation, project management and transformation
• Strong business understanding and experience in cost management
• Very good SAP knowledge
• Strong negotiation skills
• Appropriate communication skills
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration (stakeholder management)
• Affinity for digitalisation, robotics and systems
• You think networked, structured and solution-oriented
• You convince with leadership strength, assertiveness and communication skills
