For our outpatient clinic in Uster in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, which is jointly led by senior medical and psychological staff, we are looking for a

Your Responsibilities

Ensuring competent and high-quality patient care in the assigned area
Senior medical leadership and professional guidance of the interdisciplinary team
Active participation in shaping and further developing the clinical services
Conducting case supervisions and student teaching as well as contributing to internal training and continuing education
Participation in internal and cross-departmental projects as well as in specialist committees
Participation in the outpatient and inpatient senior medical on-call service of child and adolescent psychiatry

Your Profile

Specialist qualification in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy; for foreign diplomas, MEBEKO recognition including German language registration is mandatory
Completed therapy training in a recognised therapeutic approach
Interest in clinical specialisation as well as teaching and training tasks
Leadership experience and corresponding leadership skills, ideally complemented by leadership training
Team orientation as well as high social competence with empathy and assertiveness
Analytical thinking, resilience, and flexibility in dealing with demanding and dynamic situations
