IT Supporter Specialist (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss manufacturing company focused on high-quality solutions for demanding and regulated applications. With modern manufacturing technologies, high technical expertise, and consistent quality standards, the company supplies customers nationally and internationally. Precision, reliability, and continuous development are central to their approach.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for first-level support of software applications
Close collaboration with second- and third-level support to resolve issues
User support including conducting training sessions and creating training materials
Development of dashboards and creation of reports for various departments
Testing new software versions and updates before rollout
Management of users and access rights as well as participation in IT projects
Qualifications:
Experience with business software systems such as ERP, DMS, or CAQ
Practical experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems
Completed training in IT or equivalent, solid professional experience
Advantageous: knowledge of ERP Sage b7, DMS d.3, CAQ, and SQL
Very good German skills, both spoken and written, as well as good English skills
