REMARQ SA is a family-run company based in Geneva specialising in signage, signboards and graphic solutions. For over 40 years, we have supported brands, institutions and agencies in the design, manufacture and installation of customised visual media.

Now led by a new generation, the company is a team of 40 employees with complementary expertise. Based in Geneva and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, REMARQ manages each project from A to Z with a high level of technical and aesthetic requirement.

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a :

Prepress Coordinator at 100%

You are responsible for the smooth daily operation of your sector, its organisation and development; from file preparation to print production.

You fulfil a technical, organisational and managerial role, aiming to optimise production flows, ensure a consistent quality level and promote smooth collaboration with other departments.

Your main tasks

Supervise and support the prepress and large format printing team members.

Organise and plan production according to priorities, deadlines and available resources.

Check the technical compliance of files.

Apply RIP checks in accordance with internal processes and standards.

Ensure colour accuracy of prints.

Manage stocks and consumables.

Structure and improve working methods.

Your profile

Polygrapher or holder of training in prepress or the graphic chain with proven experience in file preparation (CFC diploma or equivalent training). Experience in large format and advertising production is a plus.

Quality-oriented, you have an eye for detail and master colourimetry; creating print profiles is a plus.

Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software; Caldera is a plus.

Very good command of Google Workspace tools; knowledge of prepress workflow software (Switch - Cloudflow automation) and digital cutting is a plus.

Organised, flexible, able to manage priorities and resilient under stress during production peaks.
