Your area of responsibility
- As a team leader, you bear the professional and organisational co-responsibility for the management of materials, medications and equipment at the Centre for Intensive Care (ZIM). You directly lead about 10 employees together with the logistics department management
- You work according to the service mandate and target specifications and are co-responsible for implementation
- You assist in optimising internal departmental and cross-departmental processes and projects
- Active participation in direct bedside care is a fixed part of your duties and enables you to directly contribute your expertise and be a role model in everyday life
Your experience
- You preferably have a postgraduate diploma as an expert in intensive care nursing, a nursing qualification at HF/FH level or another medical-technical qualification
- You bring professional experience in logistical and medical-technical tasks or show interest and flair to learn these
- You are an innovative, solution-oriented, flexible and communicative personality with high social and professional competence
- Ideally, you have leadership experience at team leader level and are willing to complete the internal LUKS leadership course
