• Support for the Hotel Services management as well as the specialised areas of patient hotel services, catering, cleaning and kitchen in operational and organisational matters.
• Operational assignments in various areas to review and further develop concepts, processes and workflows.
• Participation in the design, introduction and optimisation of procedural and structural organisations within hotel services.
• Preparation of basics, evaluations, documentation and presentations for specialist and management decisions.
• Collaboration in market, trend and competitor analyses to identify future-oriented products, services and process solutions.
• Support in the development and implementation of innovative concepts for the further development of hotel services in the triad.
• Assumption of coordination and administrative tasks in various projects and working groups.

• Professional training in the field of hotel services (BP/HFP/HF level)
• Initial experience in hotel services in healthcare is an advantage
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong organisational skills as well as high personal responsibility
